This research investigates the effects of medications prescribed during pregnancy on fetal development, particularly regarding neurodevelopmental disorders. It utilizes a large birth cohort to explore potential epigenetic impacts of these medications.
Currently, thousands of pregnant women in the EU and worldwide are being increasingly prescribed medications for which we do not have sufficient information on fetal safety.
