The DIMMER project integrates real-time data from sensors and user feedback with 3D models of buildings to enhance energy efficiency. It aims to provide users with immediate feedback on their energy consumption behaviors, promoting better energy management in urban districts.
ICT is recognized as being a key player against climate change: pervasive sensors and actuators can efficiently control the whole energy chain (Smart Thermal/Electricity Grid).
