DiGloss aims to enhance understanding of the Hurrian language by compiling and analyzing words from ancient Nuzi texts. This project seeks to clarify the lexicon and improve comprehension of Hurrian, contributing to the study of ancient Middle Eastern languages.
After centuries of research, scholars have deciphered most ancient Mesopotamian languages, but a few are still not fully understood.
One of these last frontiers is Hurrian.
The biggest problem for researchers today is that the meaning of many words is still unknown.
