This project evaluates a new technology for detecting DNA strands in protein analysis, enhancing sensitivity and specificity. It focuses on a patented method called super rolling circle amplification, which allows for easy detection of protein levels in various samples using fluorescence microscopy.
This project will serve to evaluate market opportunities of a newly invented technology for digital detection of reporter DNAstrands in protein analysis.The purpose of my ongoing ERC project ProteinSeq is to develop technology and reagents for parallel, sensitive andspecific targeted protein analyses in plasma samples, lysates, etc.
