The DiePeR project seeks to improve emissions and fuel efficiency in non-hybrid Diesel engines by applying advanced combustion technologies and exhaust aftertreatment. It aims to demonstrate significant reductions in harmful emissions and enhance vehicle performance through innovative engineering.
Growing road traffic in Europe results in detrimental effects on the environment and public health to a level that is becoming unsustainable, this in spite of increasingly stringent emission standards.
