This project investigates phase-change materials for next-generation memory applications. By analyzing the electrical properties and structural characteristics of these materials, the aim is to develop reliable and efficient non-volatile memory solutions that can outperform existing technologies.
Phase-change materials are currently the most promising class of materials to be used as the next generation of memory.
Their unique set of properties enables them to act as fast, reliable and durable, non-volatile memory.
