The DIAMOND project aims to enhance the productivity and reliability of semiconductor design by developing a comprehensive methodology for diagnosing and correcting design errors. It focuses on addressing both specification and soft errors through automated techniques applicable before and after silicon fabrication.
Increasing design costs are the main challenge facing the semiconductor community.
