DIAMOND focuses on helping individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds improve their employability through personalized learning programs. It features the Employability Growth Index for assessing skills and a digital platform for tailored training, enhancing job readiness and market participation.
The main goal of DIAMOND is to guide individuals from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds on their pathway to employment, by tailoring learning programmes to individual needs, and bolstering employability.
This is achieved by developing two unique solutions: 1) the Employability Growth Index (EGROW Index) - a comprehensive taxonomy of individuals employability growth, including their empowerment and transformative (digital & green) capabilities (objective 1).
