The DELICE project aims to boost remote sensing research at the National Institute of RD for Optoelectronics in Romania. It focuses on enhancing capabilities in environmental monitoring and contributing to the European Research Area.
The main objective of this project is to increase the research capacities of the National Institute of RD for Optoelectronics (INOE) by developing the remote sensing activities to stimulate its full research potential contributing to the realization of European Research Area as a ”common market for research”.
