DeepLandS investigates the sensory and emotional impacts of environmental disasters on daily life in Portugal and Slovenia. By examining personal narratives and experiences, the project aims to enhance understanding of recovery processes and promote community engagement in post-disaster landscapes.
Environmental disasters are becoming a disturbing, new reality.
While they dramatically alter how we perceive and live in affected areas, the personal, everyday impacts of these changes often remain in the backdrop of public discourse and policy.
