DECOTESSC1 is focused on improving counterterrorism strategies against chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threats. It aims to analyze current systems and develop a roadmap for future enhancements through stakeholder engagement.
DECOTESSC1 proposes a DEmonstration of COunterTErrorism System-of-Systems against CBRNE phase 1. A thorough understanding of the system-of-systems’ structure will be developed, the requirements for an ideal system will be proposed as well as a description of the current state-of-the art. A gap analysis will reveal the differences between the current situation and the ideal situation.
The gaps thus obtained will be ranked.
