DECODE aims to create a decentralized and open architecture for managing online identity and data, enhancing digital sovereignty for European citizens. It focuses on privacy-aware solutions and collective governance, demonstrated through pilots in digital democracy and collaborative economy.
Today’s Internet is becoming increasingly centralised, slowing innovation and challenging its potential to revolutionise society and the economy in a pluralistic manner.
