This project aims to develop methods for analyzing the genetic and epigenetic diversity within tumors. By separating the contributions of cancerous and normal cells, it seeks to enhance understanding of tumor biology and improve personalized treatment approaches.
Owing to advances in sequencing technology, we are now beginning to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer development and evolution.
