This project aims to develop a computational framework to analyze the chemical interactions within microbiomes. It focuses on linking metabolic gene clusters to their products, enhancing our understanding of microbiome functions in health and agriculture.

Such microbiomes have a major impact on the health of their hosts and have been linked to traits like growth promotion, stress resilience, and diseases.
