This research investigates the role of skin dendritic cells in regulating immune responses, particularly in the context of autoimmunity. It aims to understand how these cells influence T-cell behavior and maintain immune balance in the skin.
Tissue immune homeostasis is dependent upon a dynamic balance between effector T-cells (Teff) and regulatory T-cells (Treg).
