This project aims to develop tricyclic peptides that can effectively bind to flat protein surfaces, enhancing therapeutic applications. By utilizing phage display technology, the research focuses on generating high-affinity peptide antagonists for cancer-related proteins and antibiotic targets.
Peptide macrocycles can bind with high affinity and selectivity to protein targets and are an attractive class of molecules for the development of therapeutics.
