This project investigates how collective emotions form in online communities and aims to develop tools that enhance positive emotions while mitigating negative ones. It combines psychological models and algorithms to create emotionally intelligent digital services, focusing on the dynamics of e-societies.
The main aims of the project are:- to understand the process of collective emotions formation in e-communities as a spontaneous emergent behaviour occurring at complex techno-social networks- to create decentralized adaptive tools to
