The CryoHub project explores large-scale Cryogenic Energy Storage (CES) to balance power grids while meeting cooling demands in refrigerated warehouses. By integrating renewable energy sources, it aims to enhance CES efficiency and demonstrate its benefits for energy generation and storage.
The CryoHub innovation project will investigate and extend the potential of large-scale Cryogenic Energy Storage (CES) and will apply the stored energy for both cooling and energy generation.
