CrackSense addresses the issue of fruit cracking in various crops by developing sensing technologies for real-time data collection. This project aims to enhance agricultural production and resource management, ultimately reducing yield losses.
Fruit cracking is a peel disorder, limiting fruit quality and yield.
The phenomenon occurs mainly in the pre-harvest stage and affects many types of fruit.
