The CONSALT project aims to enhance X-ray micro computed tomography for biological samples by developing new contrast agents. This technology will enable detailed 3D visualization of soft tissues, improving the diagnosis of various pathologies.
X-ray micro computed tomography (microCT) is currently successfully used in material science investigations as well as in non-destructive testing enabling 3D imaging of these materials with micrometer resolution.
