This project focuses on utilizing epitaxial graphene on silicon carbide to develop scalable electronic devices with unique functionalities. It aims to produce large-area graphene and hybrid circuits for applications in advanced electronics, including spintronics and precise measurement standards.
The concept of this project is to unlock the potential of epitaxial graphene on silicon carbide (SiC) for development of scalable electronics with the view to develop graphene-based devices & circuits with a non-conventional functionality.
