The CompOLEDs project aims to advance the design of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) by studying the molecular processes in phosphors and dyes. The goal is to improve efficiency and color tuning in OLEDs, contributing to the next generation of lighting technology.
Producing light with low energy consumption and low production costs is of vital importance for the lighting industry and also to face major societal challenges, i.e. exploiting energy resources more efficiently.
