COCTA addresses the imbalance between air traffic demand and capacity by implementing economic measures that enhance coordination between air navigation service providers and aircraft operators. It aims to optimize airspace usage and reduce costs through innovative pricing and planning strategies.
COCTA project proposes coordinated economic measures aiming to pre-emptively reconcile air traffic demand and airspace capacity, by acting on both sides of the inequality.
