COCOP focuses on enhancing the operation of complex process industry plants through a real-time optimization system. By integrating predictive models with existing automation systems, it aims to improve monitoring and control, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the workload of operators.
The vision of COCOP is that complex process-industry plants are optimally run by operators with the guidance of a coordinating, real-time optimisation system.
