This project explores how species diverge and evolve by studying squamate reptiles in the Mediterranean. It employs advanced genomic techniques to analyze phylogenetic relationships and biogeographical patterns, aiming to understand biodiversity formation and the barriers influencing evolution.
The aim of this project is to investigate the mechanisms and processes that drive divergence and speciation, and shape the biogeographical history of organisms.
