CMB-INFLATE focuses on analyzing cosmic microwave background polarization data to understand the early universe's inflationary phase. The project aims to develop advanced modeling and data analysis techniques to detect B-modes, which are crucial for probing gravitational waves and the physics of inflation.
The cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation was emitted when the Universe was 380,000 years old and is observed today at 2.7 K.
