The CLINES project aims to enhance collaboration among European ICT clusters to address challenges in technology and business. It focuses on developing strategies for research, funding, and innovation to boost competitiveness in the digital sector.
To master increasingly complex and multidisciplinary technology and business chains in ICT, partnering, risk-sharing and mobilisation of critical mass across the Union are needed.
