CITADEL aims to enhance public service delivery by creating a framework that incorporates citizen feedback to improve efficiency and inclusivity. The project focuses on understanding why citizens disengage from public services and uses this data to redesign offerings that better meet their needs across various regions.
High quality public services constitute the backbone of citizens’ social welfare and are also essential to a region’s competitiveness and business entrepreneurship.
