The CHROMED project aims to improve the management of elderly patients with chronic respiratory and cardiovascular diseases through a health monitoring system. It involves a large-scale clinical trial to develop protocols and technologies that enhance patient quality of life and reduce healthcare costs.
The objective of CHROMED project is to evaluate the impact of adopting a health and lifestyle status management system to support elderly patients with a combination of chronic diseases involving respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
