This project aims to create a novel vaccine platform using chimeric influenza virus-like particles to enhance the immune response against malaria. By modifying the hemagglutinin protein, the platform can incorporate various antigens, allowing for efficient vaccination strategies against malaria infections.
The goal of this project is to provide a new antigen delivery system for vaccination purpose.
We want to develop a vaccine platform based on pseudo-viral particles (VLP), able to enhance antigen immunogenicity and allow for screening multiple antigens independently or simultaneously.
