ChemoGuide aims to validate a prototype test that predicts effective combination therapies for colorectal cancer patients based on their individual cancer cell responses. The test is designed to improve treatment outcomes and patient prognosis.
The ChemoGuide project will clinically validate a proto-type technology (2treat) developed in the previous “Research for SMEs” project, “Integrated Chemical Synthesis and Cell screening in patient cells (ICSC).
The project will execute a clinical study to evaluate the 2treat test’s capability of predicting which combination therapy that is most efficacious and show no resistance in the individual colorectal cancer patient.
