This project develops new tools for the detection and measurement of microRNAs linked to various cancers. By utilizing innovative chemical methods, it aims to create rapid and sensitive assays that can assist in cancer diagnosis and prognosis, bridging the fields of chemistry, biology, and medicine.
Thos proposal present novel reagents and tools for the detection and quantification of microRNAs (miRNAs) with a particular focus on miRNA species involved in solid tumours and hematologic cancers.
The proposed project will thus provide a new chemical toolbox which will allow the rapid detection of miRNAs involved in cancers.
