This project investigates the transfer of inexpensive printed literature between Britain and Italy during the early 19th century. It explores how translation and cultural exchange shaped popular publishing and reading practices, enhancing our understanding of shared European cultural heritage.
This action proposes mobility for an Italian researcher living in Britain to work in Ireland on a transnational historico-literary project.
