CHAngeing addresses cerebrovascular diseases by promoting healthy lifestyles and improving rehabilitation for stroke patients in southern Europe. It connects research and business to foster innovation and knowledge transfer.
Cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) represent a major public health burden in Europe, afflicting, in particular, Easter Widening Regions.
