The project aims to establish a unified methodology for assessing biomass potential using land and satellite observations. It will create an e-training tool and a stakeholder platform to improve access to reliable biomass data, facilitating better utilization of European biomass resources.
The main objective of the project is to develop a common methodology for gathering information on biomass potential using terrestrial and earth observations.
This objective will be achieved by the implementation of a systematic assessment work plan and will result in the establishment of a harmonised approach and an e-training tool for dissemination.
