This project analyzes the economic valuation of biodiversity conservation in the UK, focusing on market-based approaches. It aims to provide evidence-based recommendations for sustainable biodiversity policies by exploring the regulatory frameworks and social outcomes linked to ecosystem services.
The overarching project aim is to analyse how biodiversity conservation in the EU is being reconstructed around the measurement of the economic values of nature using the UK as a case study.
