This project aims to enhance personalized immunotherapy for brain tumors by utilizing tumor-reactive T cell receptors. By employing machine learning to predict effective T cell responses, the research seeks to develop targeted therapies that improve treatment outcomes for patients.
Personalized tumor immunotherapy - vaccines and T cell therapies - requires the selection of few immunogenic epitopes recognized by tumor-reactive T cell receptors (TCRs) from thousands of potential tumor antigens in each tumor.
