This initiative aims to establish extensive training programs for HVAC professionals to address new energy efficiency challenges. It focuses on aligning training with European standards to enhance skills and facilitate mutual recognition of qualifications across member states.
In order to reach the EU's energy and climate targets, a qualified building workforce is needed.
