The CellViewer project aims to develop advanced technologies for visualizing DNA, mRNA, and proteins in single cells with high precision. By utilizing super-resolution microscopy, it seeks to enhance our understanding of mouse embryonic stem cell behavior during self-renewal and differentiation processes.
In this ambitious and multi-disciplinary proposal, we aim to develop new technologies that will allow us to visualize in single cells, in parallel and at the systems level, DNA, mRNAs and proteins with nanoscale resolution.
