This project develops a droplet microfluidics platform for ultra-high-throughput screening and sequencing of B-cells that produce therapeutic antibodies. It aims to link genotype and phenotype directly at single-cell resolution, enhancing antibody phenotyping while preserving original heavy-light chain pairing.
