The CASPER project aims to enhance service quality in future communication networks by focusing on the Quality of Experience (QoE) of users. It seeks to implement a middleware architecture that integrates monitoring, estimation, and management of QoE.
The current paradigm in service provisioning to future communication networks lacks thorough end-to-end interpretation from the quality viewpoint, while the end-users’/customers’ profiles and preferences are mostly not taken into account.
