The CARLoS project aims to develop a mobile robot for use in shipyards, enhancing productivity in outfitting operations. The robot will utilize existing technologies to perform tasks like stud welding and marking, improving efficiency in ship construction.
The CARLoS project aims to apply recent advances in cooperative mobile robotics to a representative industrial scenario in shipyards. CARLoS robot will be built using off-the-shelf technology under a modular approach.
