CAPP-4-SMEs aims to enhance manufacturing efficiency in small and medium enterprises through innovative process planning tools. The project focuses on collaborative planning, real-time monitoring, and cloud-based services to improve adaptability and reduce resource consumption in manufacturing processes.
Innovative knowledge-based Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is a key enabler to minimise cost, improve adaptability, responsiveness, robustness, and sustainability of manufacturing processes.
