This research explores the use of cold atmospheric plasma in selectively inducing cell death in cancerous cells while preserving healthy cells. It aims to understand the mechanisms behind this process to develop effective cancer treatments.
Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has shown promise in minimally invasive surgery by selectively treating cancerous cells with little or no damage to healthy cells.
