This project aims to create a smart digital pathology slide scanner that generates a patient-specific digital twin of tumors. By integrating multi-omics profiling and clinical data, it seeks to simulate drug treatments, particularly for pancreatic cancer, to enhance personalized medicine and improve treatment outcomes.
Our long-term vision is to develop a smart digital pathology slide scanner that can (semi)automatically generate a patient-specific tumour digital twin and simulate various drug treatments on such twin.
