C-POS focuses on developing a person-centred outcome measure for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. The project aims to engage families and clinicians in creating a valid tool for assessing care outcomes, addressing a significant gap in current healthcare research.

The overarching aim of C-POS (Children's Palliative care Outcome Scale) is to develop and validate a person-centred outcome measure for children, young people (CYP) and their families affected by life-limiting & life-threatening conditions (LLLTC).
