The Beyond the Average project investigates how parenting practices are passed down through generations. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of individual participant data, it aims to identify which parenting styles are most likely to be transmitted and the factors influencing this continuity or change over time.
Parenting practices, such as discipline techniques and sensitive caregiving, are vital to human development, and they tend to be passed down the generational line.
