This project has developed a novel cooling technology that utilizes adiabatic expansion, replacing harmful refrigerants with air. It achieves significant energy efficiency by converting extracted cooling energy into electricity, making it cheaper and more environmentally friendly than traditional systems.
We have developed a new cooling technology based on the principle of adiabatic expansion.
Compared to the traditional vapour compression technology:
It uses air instead of toxic HFCs to transfer energy, eliminating this source of pollution and therefore reducing CO2e by 50%.
