This project aims to connect the artistic community with researchers in Brain/Neural Computer Interaction (BNCI) through enhanced hackathons. By fostering collaboration, it seeks to generate new ideas, ethical discussions, and technological advancements in BNCI applications across various artistic domains.
We witness a rapid development of Brain/Neural Computer Interaction (BNCI) research including hyperscanning and collaborative BNCIs.
Several recent BNCI community driven CSAs have addressed this topic (Future BNCI, BNCI Horizon 2020 ) with the BCI Society being in progress of establishing.
At the same time, a growing community of international artists is exploring the boundaries of brain physiology based interaction in cinema, theatre and interactive installations.
