The BISON project aims to innovate contact center operations by developing advanced speech data mining technologies. It will create prototypes that enhance the analysis of multilingual spoken data to improve business performance and user experience in contact centers.
Contact centers (CC) are an important business for Europe: 35,000 contact centers generate 3.2 Million jobs (~1% of Europe’s active population).
